These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made on the High Tech E Shop LTD website (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, the customer (“you”, “your”) agrees to the following conditions.

We specialize in high-performance computer hardware and DMA devices.
2. Orders & Payments
2.1 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards
- Cryptocurrency
- Bank transfer (bank only based in Europe at the moment)
2.2 Payment Timing
Customers are charged
immediately at the time of purchase.
Orders are processed only
after payment has been fully received and confirmed.
2.3 Bank Transfers
When paying by bank transfer, customers must:
- Use the Order ID as payment reference
- Ensure all transfer fees are covered by the sender
- Note that only European bank transfers are accepted at this time
Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1 Shipping Method
We ship worldwide via
DHL Express.
3.2 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time:
3–7 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
3.3 Shipping Confirmation
A tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
4. Returns & Refund Policy
4.1 Return Window
Customers may request a return within
7 days of delivery.
4.2 Return Conditions
- Products must be returned in their original condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable
4.3 DMA Devices
Due to the nature of DMA devices:
- DMA products are non-refundable, even after opening
- All sales of DMA devices are final
5. Warranty
All products (including DMA devices) are covered by a
6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does
not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
- Improper voltage, physical damage, liquids, or software modifications
6. Customer Responsibilities – DMA Devices
DMA devices must be used
legally and responsibly.
By purchasing a DMA device from us, you agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the usage, legality, and compliance of the device in your country
- High Tech E Shop LTD is not liable for any misuse, illegal activity, or consequences arising from the use of DMA products
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, product descriptions, logos, and design—is the exclusive property of
High Tech E Shop LTD.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.
8. Personal Data & Privacy
We collect customer information only for:
- Order processing
- Shipping
- Customer support
We
do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except for essential logistics partners (such as DHL).
9. Limitation of Liability
High Tech E Shop LTD is not liable for:
- Delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or unforeseen events
- Losses resulting from improper use of products
- Damages arising from third-party software or hardware interactions
Our maximum liability is limited to the
purchase price of the product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of
Hong Kong.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the competent courts of Hong Kong.
